Graduated from Xavier University in 2003. B.S. in Marketing with a Minor in Business Management. I'm a licensed realtor, commercial developer, private lender, mother of 2, and a wife to a loving husband. I brought my first BRRRR, in October of 2004, A Central City triplex, converted into large double. From there, I went on to do that strategy about 13 times within 5 years, mixing in a number of fix an flips, new construction, and now commercial development and private lending. Elridge and I meet around 2017 and have been buisness partners ever since. We combined the wholesaling strategy with listing, and done super great, soon after we pivoted our business to private lending. But before, I met Elridge, my husband and I once operated and owned a corner grocery store, on the corner of Annette and N. Villere.
I love talking about non traditional financing strategies. My kids are both born on the same day, but 4 years apart. I used to ride motorcycles, back before the kids.
